Most of our homes are finished, move-in ready homes, but sometimes we sell homes that are not renovated. These properties are in need of repairs so buyers will need to have specialized knowledge to foresee renovation costs that may arise when the property is improved. What is the process in selling my home? 

Once you complete the Let's Chat section below,  one of our specialists in real estate solutions will contact you, typically within 24 hours. Sometimes we take a little longer to gather the necessary additional information. We will research your property thoroughly as well as discussing all pertinent details with you. Sometimes we will give you an offer over the phone, but in other cases we will schedule to meet with you so that we can view the property and make an offer.
